Reporting an image that came out badly

This is the most useful thing you can send. Because nothing is uploaded, we cannot see failures happen — a description of the picture (what the subject was, what was behind it) tells us far more than an error message would. Attach the image only if you are happy to share it; a description is genuinely enough.

Bugs

Include your browser and version, whether you are on a phone or a computer, and what you did just before it went wrong. If the browser console showed an error, that text helps.

Privacy questions

The privacy policy covers what is collected and what the ad network can see. If something there is unclear or looks wrong, say so and we will fix the page.

Advertising

Ad slots on the site are sold through Google AdSense. For direct enquiries, use the same address.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover an image you did not download — nothing is stored on our side — and we cannot edit images for you.
